In this week's episode Lynne speaks to her friend Simone Roche MBE, the CEO & Founder of Northern Power Women, about how she launched this campaign out of a passion to connect and engage with people about gender equality. It all began in March 2015, when Simone took the first steps in creating a business that delivers a message to accelerate gender diversity across the North of England, offering engaging opportunities to women to be heard and promote their achievements. From this Northern Power Women was born.
Also in this episode, Lynne shares her SEED Exercise, inspired by Simone and other incredible women and men who start movements for good, encouraging listeners to join a movement themselves, and create transformation in today’s society.
